Before deciding upon a re-size, it’s worth bearing in mind that it’s common for a new ring to feel strange to begin with, particularly for someone who hasn’t worn one on that finger before. However it’s important for it to feel comfortable, without being too wobbly or feeling too tight. Ideally your ring should slide on easily and catch on the knuckle on the way off however this isn’t always the case. Some people have a much larger knuckle than finger, which means that getting the ring on and off is a tight process with a correct fit. If you’re unsure of the fit, perhaps visit the local jeweller for their opinion of contact us to discuss.
If you do decide that you would like your ring to be re-sized, please follow the steps outlined below.
Up-sizing
If your ring slides on and off with relative ease, but just feels a little tight, a half-size increase is usually all that is required. If you think your ring requires more then a half-size increase, perhaps visit your local jeweller for their opinion or contact us to discuss.
Please contact us for the return postal address and include in the package with your ring:
- A note with your phone number and how far you would like your ring to be up-sized.
- A self-addressed Express Post satchel for the return of your ring. It’s recommend that you purchase Australia Post’s “signature on delivery” bar code for your satchel to ensure your package isn’t safe dropped when it’s delivered back to you.
Down-sizing
If your ring has been worn for some time and has visible signs of wear and tear, contact us to discuss the best option for your down-size.
