We have now simplified our ordering process and all designs can now be ordered via email, rather than a web form.

Please note that all rings are custom made to order. The current turnaround-time for a ring is 2 to 6 weeks depending on the design.

To place an order:

Please note:  We’re currently experiencing some issues with our mail servers rejecting emails from some Microsoft accounts (Hotmail etc).  If you encounter an issue, please try emailing from an alternate account OR contact us via social media messaging

*Please be sure to check the sizing and re-sizing page for tips on deciding your size prior to ordering.  If you’d like to post us a cheap ring that fits, please let us know in the notes section and a postal address will be provided.

Once your order details are finalised:
We’ll let you know the total cost for your order and when it will be completed. You’ll then be emailed an invoice that can be paid via bank transfer (preferred) or secure online credit card payment. (Note additional fees will be incurred for international card payments.) If you’ve opted to use the COLLECT art purchase scheme to pay, we’ll assist you with your application.

Once your order is complete:
– You’ll be sent an email to let you know when your order will be shipped and given a tracking number for your parcel.
